Remember that exercise, rest and diet give this sort of result! Do not over train!

He's surprised that his pics have been so well regarded, but that's no surprise to me!

Pull ups on a high bar..

Here you can see Trojan has a wide overhand grip. This is to allow the back (lats) to be exercised as well as the arms. If you use underhand grip, the biceps do most of the work.
