Steve is 16. He has been working out since13 (see below).

Allowing for the pic quality, you can see Steve has great traps and Deltoids. His biceps look good even without pumping, as does his chest. He's clearly got potential here - I'm looking forward to see his progress.

How and why I started.

 I have just begun training - routine info below.


Jeremy at 14,not Steve. Jeremy was a lot leaner, or more "cut" as you can see.

I am 16 years old from MN and I have been lifting for 2 years. I started lifting because I always wanted to get big like those wwf wrestlers. I started lifting seriously about 3 months ago. I workout 5 days a week with split bodypart workouts.

 Bear in mind that there are alternative exercises there. You are NOT expected to do all of them! Soccer players need strong upper and inner leg muscles too. It is useful to make up an inclined board too. See Routines page too.

Sergey Litvinov (at 19) He was in "cut" condition in this shot.

Remember that Sergei (19 in the pic) has been training seriously since early teens. You can't get a solid bod like his overnight. Check also the younger Alexey Wolf (pic below) for a closer comparison and Kolya Nemcev.

Alexey Wolf is 14

Kolya Nemcev is 13 in the photo - a quite exceptional physique.

Alexey seems sadly to have dropped out. Does anyone have a contact for him?

The Gymnast, Kolya Nemcev. He is very highly toned overall, as is the norm for a gymnast. His biceps, triceps, deltoids,serratus anterior, pectorals and abs are all clearly defined in this shot.

Note - this is NOT an adult rated group, despite the Yahoo! categorisation!

 

Bigger or simply better toned?

The use of weights can have these two effects.
