	The two pics here are of a great guy called Steven. He has at least one video clip in circulation. It looks as if it was a demo. with sound, as he is showing upper body muscles to the camera. It's of real interest and worth a look. If anyone knows how to contact him, let me know.

This pose shows nicely how the deltoids, triceps, biceps and pectorals can look with light body building and toning.	Pectorals link from here, very close to the anterior Deltoids.
Lower margin of pectorals gives depth to the upper chest.	Biceps, Pectorals and Deltoids all well matched.
Serratus Anterior Muscles between the ribs.	See how they tie in under the Latissimus.
Arms and torso muscles all well toned, to great effect.	The "cuts" here can easily be hidden by bodyfat!

Bigger or simply better toned?

Steven did not have a huge physique in these shots, but he shows how well a good balance looks. That is the main aim of this website. I hope to add more recent pics if I can get them.

The use of weights can have these two effects.
