I dont use any creatine etc. I eat only what is cooked in the house. In my diet I include 4 eggs peanuts chicken 3 time a month etc. plz let me know where to carry on from here lookin for ur reply. Members can you advise?

Patrick: I wish you had an email link for the 18 yr old Branden.(*) Hisstats are so impressive; I want to see more pics of him. He says he mostly uses Bowflex. Did he really get that body soley with Bowflex? Iasked people on other bodybuilding sites about the Bowflex and they said that it is only for toning and will not work as well as free weights. However, I am 63, very thin and fragile, have osteopenia,(**) and really need to use some kind of weight training in spite of having a torn rotator cuff that is beyond repair by surgery. With the limited space in my home, a Bowflex would be fine if it will help me gain badly neede muscle mass and size even at my age Jimmy

David is an example of what you can do without supplement or "other" assistance. You gotta agree he looks GREAT! He's 20 years old, 5'7" and 145lbs. He has trained for two years and doesn't use supplements etc. Clearly a remarkable guy.

As you'll see on his page, David has access to both machines and free weights. A combination of the two gives a vaiiety of exercises.

Omar (19)- in 2002!

Omar was our original home page guy. He was a student in the USA and was in excellent shape for a 19 yo (2002). He had a very well balanced physique.

He was 19 at the time of the pic. He now has a good job, hence the new nom de plume. He may be willing to write for us later.

Bigger or simply better toned?

The use of weights can have these two effects. It is not wise for the very young (say early teens) to use heavy weight exercises without careful supervision. This is because it is important to stick very carefully to strict "form" when exercising. Also, heavy exercises are designed to pressure the body into a response, so they DO mean pushing to the limit on the last "rep". If you have no "spotter" you could find yourself in real trouble! You will clearly also be in a growth phase at puberty, which can lead to skin problems etc. with some supplements so I hear. When I was in my teens there weren't as many supplements!
