I am training with a 17 yo mate. It is better to train with someone. Is there anyone nearby who could join us?

The page is a combined effort.See here for some exercises Sam uses. See Routines page too. See below for a similar pose from Alessandro in Italy who has also been training since 14. There are two pages here one at 14, the other at 16. Sam here shows broad Lats and well marked Serratus Anterior. This muscle group is linked to the scapula hence grows along with the back. As yet Sam is lagging in his pecs, though in this pose they are not shown at best in any case. Perhaps Sam will also be in a pose suit next time.

Sergey Litvinov (at 19)

Remember that Sergei had been training seriously since early teens. You can't get a solid bod like his overnight. Check also the older Denis Kropotov for a closer comparison with Sam. Compare this shot with the newer one above - marked progress!

Comment on Alessandro (at 16) The lat spread pose is most successful here. Also his quads show well. Unlike Sam, in this pose the Serratus Anterior group is not as visible, and he too was lagging in the pectorals at the time.
