The pic to the left is of Adam Rickitt. He was brought into a UK "soap" as a teen hunk. He has also been pushed as a pop star. Whatever the merits of those, he had a good physique at the time, allegedly "natural"!

Two example pics from the "Omsk" bodybuilder site. Denis, however seems to have vanished?

The Guy in these two pics, "Potiy Denis" was 14 at the time and had trained for four years. He was one of the young Russians training at Omsk as far as I know. He appears to have good upper body build, but without seeing his legs properly it seems that he may have more work to do in that respect, judging by the calf development seen left. This could, though reflect the pose. He looks roughly like Randy above is aiming for. (see linked page)

Bigger or simply better toned?

The use of weights can have these two effects. It is not wise for the very young (say early teens) to use heavy weight exercises without careful supervision. This is because it is important to stick very carefully to strict "form" when exercising. Also, heavy exercises are designed to pressure the body into a response, so they DO mean pushing to the limit on the last "rep". If you have no "spotter" you could find yourself in real trouble!
