The poses are not the same, but illustrate a point. I guess Oula was thinking of that when he e.mailed me. When you are asked to show a muscle, almost all of you will flex your biceps as first option. Oula is clearly no exception here. As you can see from the pic left and above left, he really has done a fine job so far on his upper body and midsection. His pecs arms and abs look really well. A match for Sergei in fact, who was a similar age in the pic second left. Legs, however are a somewhat different story, or that's how it looks in the pics which are not showing any really tensed leg muscles, so could be misleading. Oula seems to be a little under built in that area. That's where more effort could be made. The vast majority of teens DO neglect the legs. Cyclists and soccer / rugby / Anerican or Aussie football players are the exceptions here, and, of course sprinters, who are pretty well built in all respects! |
