He claims to be one "tuff" teen, and sure looks that way too! That smile is very deceptive I think. Just look at his pecs and six pack! No surplus fat there at all! He's been growing taller fast, so is a little skinny at the moment. He works out at home and is "does a lotta sport too!" |

This guy had a really good webpage online already, but has closed it for the moment. He has pics like the one left, which I have edited a little. He had the right idea to use a plain background. That makes a shot look so much better. Tyler is clearly very serious. A guy who starts as young and as well as this will clearly go far! |
Hi,my name is Tyler. I live in Salem,Oregon and I am a 14 year old bodybuilder.I have been working out for about 1 year now. I first started lifting when i was 13. I decided to start weight lifting because I no longer wanted to be the 95-pound weakling that I was. I started out slow but eventually got up to heavy weights. Since then i have added 2.5 inches to my biceps and 7 inches to my chest.I currently work out 4 days a week.And I am 100% drug-free. I plan to start competing when I turn 16. |

Bigger or simply better toned? |

The use of weights can have these two effects. It is not wise for the very young (say early teens) to use heavy weight exercises without careful supervision. This is because it is important to stick very carefully to strict "form" when exercising. |
