This page can include your starting and progress photos and any suggested work routines you think have given good results. This facility is also available at several linked sites which also have members pages and on a linked Yahoo! group. The banner pic features Ricky (left) and Denis Kropotov at 13 (right). Use the e.mail link left to submit questions, answers, photos etc. You can also set up a link from here to like minded young bodybuilders, to share advice, wherever they are. Huge size should not be your initial aim, though a toned body could be.

I am 14 years old and I live in Australia

I started trying to get muscle a month ago. I decided to start when I came across this site someday.

I've been trying to get good forearms good you give me some exercises to do without lifting

Currently by the way I'm twelve I'm 157cm and I weigh 50kg

I started after I saw Arnie in some of his movies and I only do bodyweght exercises.

I do three sets of crunches and three of push ups and the same for dips. my dream is to become a bodybuilder.

Ricky is at a good age to start. He has quite a lot of kit already. More info on his page. This will be withdrawn shortly - no sign of updates.

Ricky aims to grow big - he has grown quickly, but has more to come. He uses the heavy weight low reps approach - similar to Ken.

Davy (13) Now open. (Feb 3rd. 2001) (contact lost) He was not pictured here. Left for reference.

Davy is our youngest member to date. His age is however right to begin with light wts on full body workouts.

Currently 5'3" tall and -.-. Lbs /kilos.

Bigger or simply better toned?

The use of weights can have these two effects. It is not wise for the very young (say early teens) to use heavy weight exercises without careful supervision. This is because it is important to stick very carefully to strict "form" when exercising - not "throwing" the weight or swinging the body.
