We have workout suggestions which use your own bodyweight, free weights and machines, including home gyms. Also included is a workout routine I was given by a local lad aged 17. Well worth using. Click here for muscle identification etc. The sport gives you great benefits without any of the controversial "supplements". Click the text below to mail for more info or cut and paste if the link goes to a mail program you don't use. Your feedback is appreciated! You can vote in and enter any of the contests, including for the home page pic. |

When the 25 year old Michelangelo completed the statue of David, our gallery logo, he illustrated his opinion of a classic build. The pose there is a natural one, unlike those used in competitions which are intended to show muscles fully tensed. Many young guys would like to gain this type of toned physique, rather than to get really huge. The early teens are a good time to begin exercising. Why? You set the body makeup and benefit for life! The key is good exercise "form" and not to try to go too heavy too soon. |

These pages are suggestions as to how to tone and build "abs" etc, and to help you develop a physique which pleases you more. If you want to change, consult the site links pages below, plus the contributors, Q and A too. We include home as well as gym training hints. Any ideas you have can be added here too. New site members are into bodybuilding proper as well. Guestbook entries are welcome! There is no need to add your e.mail unless you want to do so. The galleries have been revised to speed download times. New "pose" galleries also show some competition poses. There are now associated Yahoo! groups online. (See Updates) They are open to all ages and all are fully moderated. You can help there too! There has been some debate over photo content here in the classic galleries and at another free site I have. See the polls page. |
