 I have heard from Greg with several new shots. They are now here!.

Abs pic. Yes that IS an 8 pack you see!

Remember that diet is as important as exercise itself. A late evening supplement after a training session is of great value. Greg has, I see commented on exactly this point in the Q&A section on his website.

Note on these shots the Serratus Anterior muscle group and his 8 pack abdominal section! He is clearly doing a routine which works the serratus, hence its definition.

He is aware of, thus far, that his lats are a weaker point, though this pose isn't the strongest for them in any case. As a double Biceps it's excellent! Note also the spread in the whole of the Deltoid group.

This true Lat spread shot is much more like it!

The double bi shot below also shows greater development in the Quads as well, with marked cuts visible here. Greg's upper body is nicely balanced in this pose.
