The pic to the left is a powerful pose by David, 20 at the time.

This page is the new page for David in Hanoi. He has clearly trained hard to show the progress you can see, but I have yet to find out the routines he has used. The pics show a very sound physique! Use the e.mail link left to submit questions to this site, answers, photos etc.

These pics are inspirational -

More Stats for David shortly I hope.

The page here is a typical "member page"

David is an example of what you can do without supplement or "other" assistance. You gotta agree he looks GREAT! He's 20 years old, 5'7" and 145lbs. He has trained for two years and doesn't use supplements etc. Clearly a remarkable guy.

Remember that exercise, rest and diet give this sort of result! Do not over train!

On the pic. Note the excellent arm balance and symmetry. The arms are at the correct level. Serratus, Pectorals and Deltoids all tie together nicely. David does not have symmetrical Abdominals. This is genetic, not a sign of inadequate training. His Quads and other thigh muscles are simply awesome in this shot and calves look good too. All in all this is a cracking shot!

I hope that David will give us some info.

Pull-ups etc.

On the pic. This is an awesome upper body shot. Both Biceps and Triceps show well, and David shows really fine Deltoid group development. Trapezius and the major back muscle Latissimus also, and lower back too. Rear thigh, Hamstring development also shows, though the shot is cut off a little too high.

Other info.

My training history.

This looks a Most Muscular pose - not quite the usual one, but it works pretty well! There is clear pectoral separation in evidence as well as really awesome arms! Clenching the fists really shows the forearms very well indeed.

Perhaps the legs show less well here, though good symmetry is again in evidence.

The "Preacher" bench is an excellent isolation device. There is no tendency to "swing" a bar as you can when free standing. You can use both straight or "EZ" bars with an angled grip.

The Pec Deck (left) is easy to adjust weights wise, and the seat too in most cases. David here appears a little short for the machine, but it is better to have the feet stable on the floor I suspect, rather than above it.

Bigger or simply better toned?

The use of weights can have these two effects.
