The aims of these poses are to demonstrate both the size and symmetry of your muscular development. Your pose should tense the muscles to show the "cut" as clearly as possible, and to give as symmetrical a view as possible where appropriate. (s) |

New competition page open for members. Please mail similar poses to the webmaster for inclusion here. Up to four poses per entrant. No more than one "free" pose. See the pose examples onsite. Poses should be full length and in pose suit. No nudes allowed. Files should be jpg format. Links to poses elsewhere will also be allowed if applicable for the contest. |
