	Physical appearance interests all of us. You have worked on your body and would like to show off the results. You can do this on the member pages or at Yahoo!, or enter one of the contests here. An entry list of those appears below, with instructions as to what is needed. You are welcome to participate in any contest, either by entering your own photos or those of someone you are training.

Competition Entry: Please mail the webmaster with the following information:- * needed

*Your name (or alias) and location.	*Your age
*Your height	*Your weight
Waist measurement	Chest measurement
Flexed Arm measurement	Thigh measurement
Any information as to where you train and for how long. If you have a site with more pics you may add the URL.
Attatch up to 4 photos to the message. They do not have to be compulsory poses. These will be included as your entry. Swimmer or Gymnast build is fine! You do not have to be huge!
Note:- you can also link directly to posing clips at YouTube etc.

Competition page open for members 13 - 23. It is for "Progress Made" The idea is to enter a starter pic of yourself in a pose of your choice and follow it up with monthly progress pics, This is intended to run for several months though some of you may already have a series of pics. Please mail similar poses to those here to the webmaster for inclusion here.

New 2009 competition page open for members 14 - 17. Please mail similar poses to those here to the webmaster for inclusion here. Up to three poses per entrant. Previous contestants can apply if they are still in the age range. No more than one "free" pose. See the pose examples onsite. Poses should be full length and in pose suit. No nudes allowed. Files should be jpg format. Links to poses elsewhere and video clips will be allowed. Room for 10 contestants.
