The aims of these poses are to demonstrate both the size and symmetry of muscular development. Poses should tense the muscles to show the "cut" as clearly as possible, and to give as symmetrical a view as possible where appropriate. (s)

New competition page open for Omsk Bodybuilders. Please mail similar poses if you have better ones to the webmaster for inclusion here. Up to three poses per entrant. No more than one "free" pose. See the pose examples onsite. Poses should be full length and in pose suit. Files should be jpg format.

This set of pics shows two young guys with fine physiques. Jeremy (above) was only 14 years old at the time, but looks assured in the pose and very cheerful too!.

Darren, who trained at Lathams in Middleton for some of the time was in late teens I think. He too has assymetric abs, but that's only for the real purist judge. All his bodyparts, including the calves have been well prepared for this posing shoot. Anyone know where he is now?
