The aims of these poses are to demonstrate both the size and symmetry of your muscular development. Your pose should tense the muscles to show the "cut" as clearly as possible, and to give as symmetrical a view as possible where appropriate. (s)

See the pose examples onsite. Poses should be full length and in pose suit. No nudes allowed. Files should be jpg format. Links to poses elsewhere will also be allowed. Parental permission required!

I am considering making a prize for the winner of $30.00 or £15.00. Any thoughts? An entry fee perhaps to cover costs.

This set of pics shows two young guys with fine physiques. Jeremy (above) was only 14 years old at the time, but looks assured in the pose and very cheerful too!.

Darren, who trained at Lathams in Middleton for some of the time was in late teens I think. He too has assymetric abs, but that's only for the real purist judge. All his bodyparts, including the calves have been well prepared for this posing shoot. Anyone know where he is now?
