Bodybuilder, model and movie performer Brett Mycles (Rob Sager) is dead. He was an outstanding example of a young bodybuilder from his teens and was only 29 when he died in his sleep. There has been speculation as, I guess you might expect, along the lines of Steroid use, but perhaps a congenital heart condition is the reason. More will be posted when announced. |

New recruit. More info soon. I'm 25 and I have been planning to gain weight. I do exercises regularly. I'm 6'1, 135# right now. I want to go to 150-160#. That's my ideal. so maybe you could put something in there for me. I trust ya. :) (Randy is 10# lighter than me at present!) |
Call me Randy or CkBoxerBoi if you want. The pic shows a lean guy, with no bodyfat problems. Refer to the article by "Jay" linked above. The number of days you train depends on your available time, but train on a "cycle" if you can. Take a late protein supplement too. |

Randy has passed through the cell differentiation phase. He clearly has a low fat level. Current aims are to build the existing muscle fibres by basic exercises for the main body parts on a split day routine. Extra protein intake is essential too, with a late night one after training. When he does reach the weight he's aiming for that will not look over large on a 6'1 frame. |

I started after I saw Arnie in some of his movies and I only do bodyweght exercises. I do three sets of crunches and three of push ups and the same for dips. my dream is to become a bodybuilder. |
