The pic to the left is a powerful pose by Anton, 19 at the time.

This page is the new page for Anton from New York. He has clearly trained hard to show the progress you can see. He's a model, hence he's not showing full face here. There are notes on the routines he has used. The pics are from sessions and home shots. Use the e.mail link left to submit questions to this site, answers, photos etc. To Mail Anton click here. These pics are inspirational - ask EZ members!!

My stats as somebody has asked before.. are :

5'11, 155lbs, waist 30, biceps 14'', yeah I am skinny so my hands (arms) and legs are lagging a little,

This page here is a typical "member page"

Anton's homepage was here - nla I think.

Anton is 20 and "a model, not a bodybuilder".

Remember that exercise, rest and diet give this sort of result! Do not over train!

Anton has given us some info already. He's surprised that his pics have been so well regarded ("there's not much of me to flex" he says), but that's no surprise to me!

Cardio-wise, I play basketball, that's my cardio. Couple of hardcore games of basketball whenever I can, usually 3 days a week. And diet..

Latissimus exercises

Pull ups on a high bar demonstrated by Trojan

Here you can see he has a wide overhand grip. This is to allow the back (lats) to be exercised as well as the arms. If you use underhand grip, the biceps do most of the work.

A similar effect is given by the cable pulldown machine. Wide and narrow grip applies here too.

Eh, abs are the only thing I cared about, but now that I got them up to the point where i want them, I'm doing the rest of the body, hah.
But hmm.. here's my routine, it's not the best but it works for me: (below the pic)

T = Trapezius, F = Anterior Deltoids, S = Serratus Anterior

The pics above and below were all taken on or about Nov 1st. 2003 and show gains when compared with the logo shot - a larger version of that appears below.

For abs I recently started doing weighted / non-weighted sets of crunches (3 sets of 15 reps with weights, and 3 sets of 15 reps without weights) and leg-raises (4 sets of 15 reps with weights). See here for more.

Mon. Biceps/Abs
Tue. Shoulders
Wed. Triceps/Abs
Thur. Chest/Abs
Fri. off
Sat. Back/Legs/Abs
Sun. Start again.
It doesn't always fall on the same days but you get the idea.

In the shot above, you can clearly see the power in Anton's chest and the development of the deltoid group and triceps. It's a novel pose, but one which really shows detail very well.

See also Greg's page. Greg is 16, but also in good shape!

Anton has posted this guy as his "goal" or aim. Can anyone put a name to him? Anton will be very pleased if you can.

The use of weights can have this effect.
