He tells me he has no access to a gym etc at present. Height 6 foot , weight 155 lbs, waist 33", chest 35.5", biceps 13 inches flexed, thighs 21" and calves 14". I have a good measuring tape but I can say that my arms have had some substantial inprovment, my pecs and abs have developed a fair amount and my legs are good to i have nice calves.

Remember that Sergei (19 in the pic) has been training seriously since early teens. You can't get a solid bod like his overnight. Check also the younger Alexey Wolf for a closer comparison.
