Remember that Sergei had been training seriously since early teens.

The poses are not the same, but illustrate a point. I guess Oula was thinking of that when he e.mailed me. When you are asked to show a muscle, almost all of you will flex your biceps as first option.

Oula is clearly no exception here. As you can see from the pic left, he really has done a fine job so far on his upper body and midsection. His pecs arms and abs look really well. A match for Sergei in fact, who was a similar age in the pic second left. Oula had to do army service and has not reappeared so far.

Legs, however are a somewhat different story, or that's how it looks in the pics which are not showing any really tensed leg muscles, so could be misleading. Oula seems to be a little under built in that area. That's where more effort could be made.

The vast majority of teens DO neglect the legs. Cyclists and soccer / rugby / Anerican or Aussie football players are the exceptions here, and, of course sprinters, who are pretty well built in all respects!
